I build DesignOps systems that actually work for designers — because I spent 20 years being one.

At HP, I led design strategy across 50+ printer programs, which meant living the exact friction DesignOps is meant to solve: unclear requirements, misaligned goals, too many meetings, and no shared way of working. I fixed it from the inside — blueprint specs, design requirements templates, sprint cadences, RACI-based steering — delivering 4× efficiency, +10 NPS, +13% CSAT.

At Samsung, I launched the Knox Design System by grounding it in user and business value first — then defining scalable solutions that designers could build consistently and engineers could implement confidently. The result was a system people actually adopted: +15% user satisfaction, 30% faster development, Red Dot Award 2023.
